Hotel Los Portales Chinandega, Chinandega

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice, with a comfortable king-size bed and even included a kitchen, though it was up a staircase. The service was top-notch, the staff were very professional and accommodating. The location was great too, near the center of town, making it convenient for exploring Chinandega. The dining experience was wonderful, with delicious cooked-to-order meals featuring homemade Majorcan products. However, a downside was the high charges for common services. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel is located in Chinandega, which is an improvement, near the center of town. The rooms, up a staircase, are comfortable and a nice size, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and cozy with a king-size bed. I enjoyed the food at Los Portales restaurant, and the room service was very nice. However, there were issues with making reservations, and some staff members seemed unhappy. The hotel needs some improvement and shows signs of decay. The dining experience, including the option to order, in the beautiful new dining room was very good. The facilities are in decay, but the food quality was good. The location is good but could use some improvement and offers some ironing services. I would rate the rooms 8/10, service 7/10, location 6/10, and dining 8/10.
